BIG shout-out to our 4th-6th grade students who have stepped up and helped each day clean after lunch and prepare the cafeteria for P.E. classes. They have such enthusiasm for helping! We had to start rotating the positions so everyone could participate!

Three kindergarten girls performed a puppet show for the third grade based on their Second Step lesson about letting everyone play.



6th grade spent the entire day at the high school on Wednesday. They had the opportunity to visit each classroom and hear from each teacher about junior high expectations and requirements. They had a great day and feel they are ready to move across the parking lot!

Mrs. McNally’s Jr. High Geography and History students were treated to a visit from an exchange student from The Republic of Georgia. She presented interesting information about her country and spoke about events happening in her part of the world. As can be seen in the photos, she even taught the students to write their names in Georgian, one of the oldest forms of writing.

3rd, 5th and 6th grade students had the opportunity to write and illustrate their own comic strip in library this week.



The track meets for Thursday night have been cancelled. Neither the girls or boys will be able to attend the rescheduled meet at Belle Plaine. Clarke is looking into rescheduling for Friday for the girls' meet. We will let you know when we have more information.
